At Optimal Health Group, each exercise program is written according to the needs of the individual. A thorough screening of the individuals strengths and limitations aid us in determining these factors. Each exercise in our plan is given for a reason and based on the individuals goals and physical capacities.

We take our program very seriously, and individuals are given complete attention and instruction during their session.
