Optimal Health Group was established in 1989. Our goal is to integrate traditional medicine with modern (allopathic) medicine in an effort to complement all therapies for balanced health and well being.
Since our inception, Optimal Health Group, now located in East Greenwich, RI, has grown to include neuromuscular massage therapy, a variety of classes for strength, mobility, flexibility, reduced stress and improved energy. We also provide Chiropractic care, nutrition and life counseling, personal training and corrective exercise, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy massage and wellness seminars.
